Volunteer Programs
Community Service
Many of our program centers are in need of improvements such as painting, landscaping, and gardening. Corporate volunteers, service groups or individuals can give just a few hours of their time to make a visible difference at Pressley Ridge.
Career Mentorship
Do you love your career? Professionals can showcase their trade to our students through career workshops, classroom demonstrations, and one-on-one mentorship. The students will be eager to learn what your occupation encompasses and how they could someday pursue that profession.
Backpack Giveback
Currently in Western PA only. Many of our families are unable to provide the most basic necessities for their children. You can host a collection drive for non-perishable foods, toiletries, school supplies, coats or other essential items.
Angel Tree Campaign
Seasonal Opportunity. Our children have holiday wishes just as all children do. Some may wish for their first baby doll, toy cars or a video game, while others may wish for a new sweatshirt or a grocery store gift card to buy food for their family. By participating in this campaign, you can be an angel to a child or family in need this holiday season.
Fundraising Events
Pitch in to help at our fundraising events like Ice Cream Fundae. Volunteers can assist with on-site logistics such as set up, registration, selling raffle tickets, games, face painting and more!
Other Opportunities
Want to host a fundraiser or share your talents with our kids? We would love to hear your creative ideas for improving the lives of our children. Our volunteers play a vital role in our ability to help children and families in our community.

The contribution of your time and effort helps us to provide innovative and diverse programs for children and families facing difficult challenges and complex situations. While most opportunities currently reside in Western PA, volunteer opportunities in our other regions are available and are coordinated on a case by case basis.
