Every program at Pressley Ridge has a performance card that tracks and evaluates key indicators on a monthly basis. Program leadership and the Quality Improvement Committee members review the performance cards at quarterly meetings.
Annually, impact reports include more in-depth analyses on the key indicators by utilizing various comparison techniques (internal and external benchmarks) and statistical analyses.
